  • This is a fantastic beginner’s workout that will lead you to expert status within 12 weeks


  • This program is f*ing tough as nails and you will be required to bring your A-Game each and every single workout
  • Your week will be comprised of working out about 5-6 days out of the week which can be incredibly time-consuming (however, the workouts only range from about 30-40 minutes so they’re not that long)
  • Some people may not be a fan of mixing in the cardiovascular endurance training – I know I did not like it when I did it (and you definitely do not have to do it)
  • You may not be able to do the exercises at first if you’re a beginner, but if you go onto YouTube and find some “beginner variations” of the exercise you can certainly build up to it which brings me to the next point
  • This is a beginner’s program – however, there is a certain requisite of physical abilities required to do this program. You must be able to at least do some push ups and pull ups – not many, but at least 3-4 good solid ones

So, as you can see, there are a fair amount of pros and cons so you will have to decide how you’re going to go about doing this.

If you don’t like this course and you’re more of a fan of working out 3 days per week, 45 minutes each time and are an absolute beginner, you may want to check out my review of the Kinobody Bodyweight Mastery Program instead. It might be more suitable for those that aren’t so “hard-core” about their fitness.

How Will This Program do SO MUCH More For You Than Just Give You a Better Body?

If the highest, most elite level of physical abilities and an absolutely jaw-dropping, shredded as f* physique is your goal, and if you desire to be able to do feats of physicality that no one else you personally know can do, then this course is for you.

If you’re a sissy and can’t handle the pressure of working out 5-6 days per week (like I was before switching to the Kinobody Greek God Program) then don’t buy this program.

This program is hard core, and it works for a reason. It isn’t designed for people that do not have the mental ability to grind it out until the bitter end. If you are somebody like that and you buy this, you will just give up on it anyway.

  2. Jesus that looks absolutely mental! I love powerlifting and going for raw strength with huge weights, but this looks insane.

    I have started to incorporate more bodyweight workouts into my regime, and I will be giving this ago!

    Have you tried this yourself? What where the hardest parts for you personally?

    1. Hey George, yes this is a crazy workout but not as crazy as it sounds. No one wakes up one day after not being able to do pull ups to suddenly being able to do muscle ups with ease. It’s all a process.

      I have actually done this but haven’t followed it all the way through because I switched to the Kinobody Bodyweight Mastery Program as it was more aligned with what I personally believe in and want out of my workout.

      The hardest parts for me initially were doing the pull ups because back then believe it or not I was unable to do any pull ups. 

      What was the most challenging thing for me, however, was to just keep up with the frequency and volume the program demands.

  4. Would this be similar to P90X? I have P90X and, I don’t know seems more geared toward the male and I find it a little hard to do. Can a female start this program and just work slow until I can get the strength to keep up and not have to have to do variations to it? I am looking for something that will kick my butt and help me get fit quickly. I know that I will have to stick with it. Any recommendations besides this program?

      Thanks so much for stopping by the article! To be honest, the Bar Brothers The System is not in any way, shape or form even remotely similar to P90X whatsoever. P90X is a massive scam in my personal opinion and many people have been largely upset by its ludicrous claims and failure to deliver results.

      The same cannot be said for the Bar Brothers The System. However, to be honest, for women, there are much better options to get in great shape and have a perfectly proportioned body (no matter your age).

      With that said, you can definitely do the Bar Brothers system. Many women across the globe are Bar Sisters and are mean, lean killing machines. 

      It’s up to you to determine what your own personal goal is. If it’s fat loss then no workout will help you. If it’s toning your body, you can check out the Kinobody Goddess Toning Program (that women have been BEGGING for) or the KinoBooty Program.       One thing is for sure – “getting fit quickly” is simply not in the cards for anyone under any circumstances.
