Would you like to receive the best gifts that life has to offer and reap the most positive rewards?

Do you believe that having a healthy mind and body would contribute to your attainment of this?

I believe so.

I also believe that with a healthy body comes a healthy mind and with a healthy mind comes a healthy body. Actually, I don’t believe that they are “separated” anymore – even if I used to think so.

See, we’ve been involved in a head-heavy society by which we have been groomed since birth. “Think about it…think about the consequences…think about the disaster…think, think, think…”

I believe that there’s more to life than simply “thinking” about everything. What about feeling? What about feeling good? I would wager a bet that all of you out there who are reading this want to feel good about themselves and about their life.

All of this is fine and dandy, but what about if I don’t currently feel good? What if there are certain aspects I want to improve upon?

If you want a model-like physique or if you simply want to improve your body, you certainly CAN do it. I promise.

The answer to the first question is, “yes, of course.” That goes without saying. However, the answer to

whether you can achieve your goals or not rests in your hands – you must take action everyday and you must remain committed to yourself.

Now – with all the mumbo-jumbo out of the way, let’s begin to tackle the issue of building the physique of your dreams.

One of Physique Authority’s principles is that if you cultivate a healthy body your mind will follow and vice-versa.

But hey guys, look. I am really not going to sugar coat this – the simple truth is that if you want anything in life, you must take the first step.

Forget all the hard work, all the knowledge and sacrifice if you never take the plunge and decide to make a change.

No one else will do it for you.

Now that I have given you the power and permission to change yourself, let’s look at some questions that I want to ask you whether you’re male or female:

Are you tired of your current condition – whether it’s your looks or what you’re getting out of life?

Have you the desire to change your body and your life?

Are you ready to be devoted to yourself and exercise some serious discipline?

The first step is always to decide. Just make a decision to change yourself because the simple act of deciding is more than what 99% of people are willing to do. Sure, some people will try to convince themselves that they want to make a positive change but never simply make the decision.

Just by deciding, you can get one step ahead of 99% of other people.

3 Steps to Looking and Feeling Better

As with anything in life, do not expect an over-night success story to be yours but if you stick with it and dedicate yourself to your goal I can assure you that it will materialise.

Losing extra fat will be your first step in order to begin looking better and in order to make certain exercises easier. Contrary to popular belief, cardiovascular activity may not have as much to do with weight loss as your diet does.
