Ok guys and gals, what can you do to truly and finally get ripped, lean and muscular? Today’s topic is going to cover an important message to help you finally get the body you want and develop the mindset to truly be able to achieve anything you want!

Alright, I must admit – the title was a bit of click bait but that’s just because I get so many crazy questions like, “Mike, how do I lose fat fast” or “How can I use low-carb to lose weight” or other insane things. It’s all too common for people to believe there is a quick-fix solution to any given problem.

The issue stems from within I believe. People do not have the mental or emotional capacity to understand that anything they want in life that is worth anything to them will simply not come easy! Anything you want that’s worthwhile will take some concerted effort. Head on over to this page to learn more about attitude and healthy mindsets.

The notion that you can get ripped in 2 weeks is simply impossible unless you are already an advanced bodybuilder with impressively low body fat levels and you’re just dieting down one to two percent body fat over the course of 2 weeks to get even more ripped.

However, the aim of this article is to dispel any notions that there is a quick-fix to getting ripped and to provide you with the correct framework to actually get ripped. I am going to share the truth with you of how I personally believe that getting ripped will finally be in the cards for you.

Getting Ripped in 2 Weeks is NOT in the Cards, Unfortunately

If you have struggled at any point during your life with obesity, wanting to look better but not knowing how, being unhappy with your body’s current condition and being unhappy with your brain’s inability to take action I can sympathise with you so well.

I have gone through ALL of that myself, over and over and over and over again.

So the key is, you can think of this as an unfortunate event in your life or you can take this article and situation as the opportunity to truly achieve something great in your life and turn the cards around in your favour.

You see, whenever there is something that you want out of life, investing in this can only bring you positive benefits.

Taking action towards any goals you have will make you more confident in not only yourself but your abilities to do anything you want.

You will come out a stronger, more grounded individual and the momentum can carry over into other aspects of your life. This is the ultimate test for you: Can YOU do it, take action and finally get the body you want?

The Key Factors in Being Lean and Ripped

Alright, so now we have a good grasp of what we will be discussing in this article and how anything you want to achieve is not going to come easy to you. You might be wondering, however, “what makes someone lean, ripped and muscular looking?” Well, the answer to that might surprise you due to its simplicity.

Make no mistake, however. Attaining a lean, chiselled and ripped Hollywood-type physique is anything but simple OR easy.

It’s not either of those things so you must arm yourself with the right information if you want to have a fighting chance.

Luckily for you, you stumbled upon this website so now you have a fighting chance!

Basically, two things need to be present in order to have the ripped, lean and chiselled appearance:

  1. A solid amount of muscle development in key areas of your body such as your back, arms, abdominal section and chest.
  2. Significantly low levels of body fat in order to be able to see the striations or “lines” in your muscles (giving that ripped look)

Without these two things, you will not be or even look remotely “ripped”. Some people just aren’t after that look but if you’re reading this article, I can pretty much assume that you are after this look so I’d invite you to keep reading!

Simply losing weight isn’t enough to give you the ripped look by itself because you will have severly underdeveloped muscles and will just look unhealthy.

Conversely, if you have solid muscle development but are significantly overweight you will not look like you have good muscle development because all of the fat covering your muscles will blur the lines! Like I said: Being ripped is fully dependent on the above two things.

Have a Fundamental Mind-Set Change to Help Get You Closer to Your Physique Goal

Let’s trash any and all thoughts of wanting a quick-fix solution to any of your problems in life. There aren’t any quick-fix solutions. Unless you win the lottery. But guess what.

Getting ripped in 2 weeks is less likely than winning the lottery everyday for the rest of your life!

I would even argue that hoping for an easy solution should actually be looked at from the angle of hoping to have a difficult situation so that you can develop the mental faculties to tackle anything. Having a difficult situation (for example, being overweight and wanting to get ripped) and overcoming that would feel so much better (to me anyway) than getting liposuction for example.

That’s just the quick, easy and expensive approach which will leave your skin saggy, not really ripped and overall just not in the mindset that you accomplished something. Additionally, you won’t feel any better about yourself.

You want a reason to feel good about yourself, right? Well, we all do. Accomplishment, in my eyes, is one great thing to have that will make you feel better about yourself. Learning how to treat your body to lose excess fat and get lean and muscular is an accomplishment that can carry over to any aspect of your life because you’ve learned how to accomplish something.

With all that having been said, let’s take a look at why getting ripped in 2 weeks simply cannot be done, and, depending on your body’s current condition, where you can start on your journey to crafting the body of your dreams.

Situation #1 – You Are Overweight

Look guys (and gals), if you are significantly overweight, not being able to get ripped to shreds in 2 weeks is pretty straight forward and obvious if you ask me. If you truly believe that losing enough weight to look like a supermodel in 2 weeks is enough time then you’ve been seriously misled.

Physique Authority is here to provide with you all the relevant, cutting-edge information to transform your body 180 degrees and get that physique you have always wanted but let’s be honest with ourselves. The information I provide here is meant for you to take it and use it.

The first situation I want to talk to you about is being overweight. If you are significantly overweight, the first logical step is to lose the weight as the first line of defence in getting that lean, chiselled, ripped physique.

The crucial thing here, however, is to do it in a way that you will enjoy because – let’s be honest – losing weight already sucks. Doing it in a way in which you will hate it will only serve to make it less likely for you to stick to the plan.

I invite you to take a look at this article if you’re female looking to lose weight and this article if you’re male looking to lose some unwanted pounds. Don’t be alarmed that the men’s article is for 50 plus men, it serves all ages equally.

Additionally, if you want to cut right to the chase, you’re more than welcome to check out my review of the Kinobody Aggressive Fat Loss online course by a gentleman named Gregory O’Gallagher. Awesome stuff right there and definitely worth a look!

The idea here is to also figure out what your goals are. Are you just wanting to lose weight? Or are you truly wanting to get a super-lean, densely muscular, Hollywood-type physique that’s jaw-dropping and awe-inspiring?

Think of Brad Pitt in Troy or Henry Cavill in Superman. These gentlemen are prime examples of the most attractive male physique – and the physique 99.5 percent of women think of as the most desirable of course on a subconscious, evolutionary basis.

Situation #2 – You Are Already Pretty Lean

If you are a guy or a gal that is already quite lean you may suffer from a condition called Skinny-Fat or just underdeveloped muscles entirely. This is probably a very common occurrence in many people.

Luckily for you, this is probably the easiest condition to snap out of by employing correct workout and dieting principles.

The situation is this. If you’re skinny-fat, you are more than likely a newbie to the gym or the fitness world.

This is good because it’s easy to build muscle while burning the extra fat.

You can get into the gym, build solid amounts of muscle over 6-12 months and drop a significant amount of fat. The unfortunate news is, however, that this is simply not possible if you’ve been seriously weight training for more than one year.

Your body’s ability to build muscle without an excess of calories is significantly diminished past your first year of training.

However, the great news is that you can get closer to your goal physique much faster than the obese guy above because of the simple fact that you don’t have to lose a bunch of weight first!

Yes, losing all of that weight will be time-consuming, depending on how much extra weight you’re carrying in the first place.

However, when you’re considerably lean, it’s just that much faster to get to the “ripped” state. If you head on over to the Kinobody Greek God Review you can find out more about how to get to that ultimately-lean, Hollywood type physique with minimal effort if you are already quite lean.

Situation #3 – You are Lean and Have Good Muscle Development

If this is the case for you, this article is not for you as you have already unlocked the code to getting a lean and chiselled physique.

Stay tuned for an upcoming article about the Kinobody Superhero Bulking Course in that case so you can learn more about how to take your physique to the ultimate level of genetic potential without the use of drugs/steroids.

Achieving Your Desired Physique with the Right Information

Alright, so we’re going to get down to business here. Whether you’re a man or a woman, the attainment of your dream physique is entirely possible with the use and implementation of the correct information.

You must learn and become more knowledgeable in any given subject in order to master it – and getting a ripped physique is no different.

It isn’t rocket science or overly complicated – it just takes some learning about how to go about things the correct way..

Let me know in the comments below if you have had any experience with any of the above or have any additional information to add!

As always,
Yours truly,

  1. Hi, Mike!
Nice click bait I felt for it. I was at a point in my life where I would look for these fast solutions but they never worked. So when I seriously tried to lose weight and get a great physique I felt incredible when I achieved it. You have great points and advise in your article and they are very helpful for anyone.

    1. Hey Rolands, thanks so much for stopping by the site! I am so glad you were able to take something from this. I see it all the time – crazy claims, insane products that simply just do not work so I wanted to help clarify some of the confusion surrounding that.

Hope to see you again sometime soon!

  2. Michael, thanks for the truth about getting that Hollywood body I have worked out, weight trained most of my life and I have never had that type of body. I tried it a few times but always felt weak and tired from eating fewer calories. For some ripped is great for me strength is more important.

    1. Hey Rodney, exactly. Getting strength is the only way to build muscle. If you do that for 1-2 years (depending on your experience) and you don’t worry about being super shredded during this time, you can focus on strength gains and then cut back after a prolonged period of lean-bulking. In my opinion, this is the best approach. Focusing on strength first and then once the muscles are built up nicely focus on showing them off!

Hope to see you again soon and make sure to stop by if you have any additional questions!

  3. Usually the ad is get ripped in 30 days, which I think is also a joke. I mean it is possible to lose a decent amount of weight…like maybe 8 to 10 pounds in a month, but to actually build muscle I think that takes at least 6 months of working your ass off to really see a transformation. What do you think? You mentioned 6 to 12 months for skinny guys. Is that how long you think it takes or can it vary?

    1. Hey Daniel, in order to lose 8-10 pounds of fat in a single month one would have to be significantly overweight to begin with (30+ percent body fat for men and about 35-40 for women). Anything leaner than this and you’re looking at a maximum of about 1-2 pounds per week.

Also, I believe that with a consistent workout routine you can absolutely put on a decent amount of muscle within 6-12 months. Nothing ground-breaking but you will definitely have built a solid foundation. The most important thing to keep in mind is your body fat level. This is what is ultimately going to determine how “ripped” your muscle development looks (the lower the better).

It can definitely vary, however, and this is not a hard and fast rule.

Hope to see you again soon!

  4. Hmmm I’m pretty skinny, but lately I have started to start building muscle by exercising. I think consistency is an important part of building muscle. I don’t need to get “ripped”, but a toned body would be good. But you have to do it every day, not just once a week when you feel like it. You have to do it even when you’re not in the mood.

    1. Hey Ben, this is exactly right. As I have just mentioned to another individual up above, it is something you have to want with every ounce of your being otherwise you may just be wasting your time to be honest. Once per week, as you mentioned, is definitely not enough.

It’s all up to the individual person how they personally want their physique to look. If you don’t want to be super-shredded, you may not choose to be that way so you can craft your body to be whatever way you want it to be. It just takes determination and persistence.

Hope to see you again soon!

  5. My problem is that I’m always giving up half-way to my fitness goals, Do you have any advice for someone who truly wants to get ripped but can’t seem to find the motivation

    1. Hey Keiron,

It’s something that someone either wants or doesn’t want. If it’s something you don’t really want, you will find yourself finding excuses instead of finding a way to do it. It’s the same rule for anything else in life in my personal and humble opinion.

Those who truly want something find a way. Those who don’t find an excuse.

Let me know if you have any other questions and I hope to see you again soon.

  6. I actually heard of KinoBody and I already know that he has many successful programs. After your writing, I will definitely have a look at aggressive fat loss program.

    1. Hey Furkan, that’s awesome to hear. I hope that you find some useful information on the website and if you have any questions definitely don’t hesitate to let me know! Take care and come back again soon.

  7. First of all, this is a great site! Super in-depth and detailed, easy to navigate through, and is visually appealing. What protein powder do you personally recommend for muscle building or what do you think is the best product? (preferably something I can get from GNC). Keep up the great work!

    1. Hey Rod, thank you so much for the kind words! It is still a work in progress but I think it’s coming along nicely so far. As far as protein powder goes there are basically two factors – are you lean bulking or cutting?

If the latter, choose a protein powder that has the most bang for your buck (i.e. the lowest amount of calories for the amount of protein it contains) and choose a higher-calorie protein powder (with sugars etc) if you are trying to lean bulk so you can make consuming a few more calories much easier on yourself!

Hope this helped to answer some of your questions. The Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder (5lbs jar) seems to have pretty solid reviews on the GNC website so you may want to head over there to learn more.

Take it easy and come back soon.
