  1. I believe every woman out there would want to be in great shape without having to work really hard to achieve a gorgeous and goddess-like body. I’m willing to bet if rich women could pay somebody to do the hard work for them, they’ll do it no matter how much it will cost. I know, I would.

    Alright, going back to your review of Kinobody Goddess Toning, I think this is something that will work well for me because I am lazy to do the fitness exercises but intermittent fasting, that I can do. But how long does the program last and do I have to complete it in order to get into the shape that I want?

  2. Wow, this article really hit home. As a woman who’s struggled with weight and body shape for all of her life I remember looking at the commercials all the way back into my teens for the little machines and devices that promised to fix everything and delivered nothing at all. I’ve been in amazing cardio shape and yet still big. I’ve been strong but never toned. I’ve run a half marathon (and trained for it) without losing an inch. The frustration is real over here.

    I’ve done intermittent fasting before as part of a paleo eating plan and honestly once you get over the weirdness of ignoring the “did you eat a good breakfast?” voice in the back of your mind really loved the freedom of not being tied to eating as often.

      The way I look at exercise and fitness may be different than anyone else does – I am at bit of a hard-core gym goer. But when people ask me things like, Mike, how does one go about losing weight or doing this or that I tell them that if you can’t seem to find enjoyment out of it, you may not stick with it over the long run.

      for me personally, I definitely have a love and passion for fitness and once I am in great shape I enjoy doing the exercises even more than I did before!
