  1. Hi Mike,
Appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the Shamrock Triple Pullup, Dip, and Suspension bar. I personally have never used a home version one but might have to seriously look into it.
I’ve worked out for 25 years and typically use a combination currently of the gym at my work (which is pretty good but not many heavy weights) and my in home gym which has the heavy stuff. I do have a dip and chip up standing apparatus but have never tried the kind that attach to a doorway. To be honest I could use some variety in my home equipment so there’s a good chance I’ll give the Shamrock a shot.
    Thanks again!
    Mat A.

    1. Hey Mat, great to have you here! I am so thrilled to bump into people that share the same passion for fitness I have 🙂

Yeah exactly, it’s always nice to spice up your workout routines for sure! Take care and make sure to come back often as we constantly publish new and incredible articles!

  2. That thing looks awesome. I have not been able to do a pull up unassisted for years, but have recently started losing weight and am looking forward to being able to do a pull-up. I am impressed at that $60 price tag on this thing as it seems like something people would pay $100+ for it. And if the only con with this equipment is that it does not provide weight training then that is pretty awesome!

    1. Hey Austin, absolutely. The pullups become much easier the lighter you are. This is not necessarily true if you have a low body fat percentage – because your weight to strength ratio is low. However, if you’re significantly overweight, the best way to be able to pull off a pullup is by losing the extra pounds.

Literally the only con is not being able to work out legs! This device is a fantastic buy. If I didn’t have a gym membership which I need now I would get one for myself.
